AI lifestyle product photography
AI lifestyle product photography,
the product where it's really used
AI lifestyle product photography places your product in a real-life scene: a kitchen on a Sunday morning, a bathroom in window light, a desk, an outdoor table. These are the images that help customers picture the item in their own home, and they work on the product page, on social and in ads. The goal isn't the prettiest scene but the believable one: the right scale, light and context for the buyer.
In short
- Product placed in believable everyday scenes that fit your customer
- Correct scale: proportions checked against real measurements, hands and furniture included
- Seasonal variants of the same scene with no new shoot
- Formats for product pages, social and ads, with versions for A/B tests
- From €20 per image, delivered in 5-10 working days
What they're for
Lifestyle photos
do a different job
A packshot answers "what does it look like?". A lifestyle photo answers "how does it look in my home?", "how big is it?", "is it for me?". That's why it comes right after the main image on product pages, and why it's such a common format in ads.
A traditional lifestyle shoot needs a location, styling, props and often people. With AI we can build the home, café or garden your customer recognises, and change it by market, season or audience without going back on set.
Believability
Scale and plausibility
in AI lifestyle photography
The typical AI mistake in staged scenes is scale: a mug the size of a jug, a lamp that looks like an ornament, a backpack no one could wear. Customers notice, even if they can't say why. So we start from the product's real measurements and check every scene on four points:
01
Size
The product compared with objects of known size: worktops, hands, chairs, doors.
02
Contact
Contact shadows and reflections on the surface: a "floating" product gives the image away.
03
Consistent light
Light on the product must come from the same window that lights the room.
04
Context of use
A cooking oil by the stove, not on a bedside table. Surrounding objects that fit the audience and the price point.
Variants
One scene,
every season
| Variant | What changes | Where it's used |
|---|---|---|
| Seasonal | Light, fruit and flowers on the table, textiles, outdoor colors | Homepage, newsletters, social |
| Holidays | Decorations, gift wrap, a warm palette. See AI Christmas campaign | Campaign ads and landing pages |
| Market | Furniture, sockets, kitchens and landscapes of the sales country | Localised shops, foreign marketplaces |
| Audience | Home style and props for different targets | A/B tests in ads |
Variants for catalog campaigns are covered in AI catalog ad images; for an ongoing content plan see AI social media content. How to build a scene around a product is explained in AI product staging.
Process and pricing
How we work
and what it costs
01
Customer and scenes
Who buys, where they use the product, which moments to show. The result is 3-5 scenes for approval.
02
References
Product photos from several sides, measurements, vector logo, colors.
03
Generation and checks
We place the product and check scale, light, logo and color against the original.
04
Variants and formats
Seasonal versions, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 crops, one revision round included.
Images start at €20 each and the price falls with volume; the 50-image e-commerce package costs €1,490. The same scenes can become moving clips: see AI product video.
Limits
What a lifestyle photo
shouldn't promise
A lifestyle scene suggests a use, it doesn't prove it. The difference matters, especially when the image ends up in advertising.
When AI lifestyle photography isn't the right choice
If the image has to show a result, such as a surface cleaned by a detergent, a before and after or a technical performance, that result must really be photographed: generating it would be misleading. And for large furniture, where footprint and the materials of the whole room matter, AI furniture imagery is a better fit.
FAQ
Questions about AI
lifestyle product photography
How much does AI lifestyle product photography cost?
From €20 per image, with the price falling as volume grows. The 50-image e-commerce package, which can mix packshots and lifestyle shots, costs €1,490.
How do you stop the product looking too big or too small?
We start from the real measurements and check each scene against objects of known size, such as worktops, hands and chairs. Images that are out of scale get fixed or dropped.
Can I get the same scene in a summer and a Christmas version?
Yes. Once the scene is approved, we change the light, decorations, textiles and seasonal details while keeping the same composition and the same product.
Can AI lifestyle photos include people?
Yes, AI-generated hands or full figures: they are invented people, not real faces. Where required, we label AI-generated content in line with the EU AI Act.
Are AI lifestyle photos allowed on Amazon?
As secondary images, yes, since the Amazon main image requires a white background. They show the real product in context, but no prop in the scene should suggest it's included.
