AI spokesperson video

AI spokesperson video,
a presenter on call

An AI spokesperson video puts a digital presenter in front of the camera instead of a person you have to film: it explains a product, runs a training module, welcomes a new hire. We write the script, build the avatar and the voice, and edit the video with graphics and subtitles. We only use invented avatars, or digital twins of people who have given written consent.

In short

  • For training, onboarding, product explainers and video FAQs
  • An invented avatar or a digital twin of your spokesperson, consent only
  • The same presenter in several languages, no reshoot
  • Script, voice, graphics and subtitles in one production
  • Quoted per project, estimate within 1 working day

Where a talking AI avatar
actually works

An AI presenter is at its best in informational video: content that needs frequent updates, translation into several languages or production in series, where clarity matters more than emotion. These are often the videos that never get made, because every update would mean another shoot.

01

Training

Short modules for internal courses, procedures and safety, easy to update when a rule changes.

02

Onboarding

A welcome for new hires, an introduction to teams and tools, identical for everyone.

03

Product explainers

How to use it, how to assemble it, what's new in this version. With footage of the real product next to the avatar.

04

FAQs and support

Video answers to common questions, ready for product pages and help centers.

05

Internal comms

Regular updates in a recognizable format. For more narrative brand and company films see AI corporate video.

06

Foreign markets

The same video in several languages with the same face. The full workflow is in AI video localization.

Invented avatar
or digital twin

There are two routes, and the choice depends on whose face the message needs. Either way, the avatar is designed once and reused in every video that follows. How we build a consistent digital face is explained in digital avatars for brands.

Invented avatarDigital twin
Who it isA presenter created from scratch who doesn't resemble any real personA digital replica of a real person: founder, trainer, ambassador
What we needA brief on tone and audienceWritten consent, plus reference footage and recordings of the person
AgreementsNo third-party image rights involvedAn agreement on uses, duration, territories and withdrawal, signed before we start
When to choose itTraining, FAQs, content in seriesWhen your audience already knows that person and recognizes them

We don't create avatars that resemble real people without their consent, not even "as a test". The legal side is covered in AI and image rights.

How we produce
an AI spokesperson video

01

Script

The script decides the result. Short sentences, one idea at a time, length matched to the channel.

02

Avatar and voice

Face, framing, wardrobe and voice: synthetic, a recorded voice actor, or a cloned voice with consent only.

03

Generation and lip-sync

We pick the model per shot and check lip movement, eye line and pronunciation sentence by sentence.

04

Edit

Graphics, product footage, subtitles and music, cut in DaVinci Resolve.

05

Review and versions

One revision round included, then formats for your LMS, website and social, plus other languages if needed.

What AI lip-sync
still gets wrong

A talking avatar holds up well in a front-facing medium shot, with a calm tone and clear sentences. It gets fragile in very tight close-ups, in profile, when the avatar has to walk or gesture a lot, when it laughs or shows strong emotion, and with technical terms or proper names that a synthetic voice mispronounces.

So we design the video around those limits: we cut between the avatar and graphics or product footage, break long passages up, check the pronunciation of every technical term and drop any shot that doesn't convince. It's the same check against AI slop we apply to every video.

When an AI spokesperson isn't the right choice

If the message matters because a real person is saying it, like a sensitive message from your CEO, a customer testimonial or an emotional brand film, an avatar costs you credibility. That calls for a real shoot, which we can still enrich with AI scenes.

Telling viewers it's an AI avatar

Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires disclosure when realistic video or audio showing people has been generated or manipulated with AI; the transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026 (source: EUR-Lex). For a spokesperson video the simplest answer is a clear on-screen note at the start or as an overlay.

We agree the wording and placement at storyboard stage, so it never becomes a last-minute fix. The full picture is in our guide to labelling AI content.

An audience that knows it's watching an avatar trusts you more than one that finds out later.

Questions about
AI spokesperson videos

What is an AI spokesperson video?

It's a video in which a digital presenter, generated with AI, speaks to camera with lip movement synced to the voice. It's used for training, onboarding, product explainers and multilingual content, with no filming required.

Can I make an AI avatar of myself that talks with my voice?

Yes, as a digital twin: we need your written consent, reference recordings and an agreement on uses, duration and withdrawal. We never replicate people who haven't consented.

How much does an AI spokesperson video cost?

It's quoted per project, because it depends on length, number of videos, languages and whether the avatar is invented or a digital twin. You get an estimate within one working day of the brief.

Do AI avatar videos have to be disclosed?

For realistic content showing people, the EU AI Act sets transparency obligations. We add a clear on-screen note and agree it with you at storyboard stage.

Can the same avatar present the video in several languages?

Yes. We adapt the script, generate the voice in the new language and redo the lip-sync. Every version should still be reviewed by a native speaker before it goes live.
